Ninnette Gregory brings over 25 years of legal experience to DeBlasio Law Group, with broad experience in the prosecution and defense of civil and business litigation matters.

Ninnette began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to (the Late) Judge Albert Green in the Chancery
Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, the largest county court system in the United States. Working closely with Judge Green, Ninnette gained valuable experience performing substantive legal
research and drafting judicial opinions on contested issues covering a broad spectrum of business and civil chancery cases, including disputes involving declaratory judgments, injunctions, class actions, and
government administrative review actions.

Ninnette has served clients in hundreds of cases filed in federal and state courts in Illinois, as well as in
arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. Her complex litigation practice has included
claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, employment discrimination, insurance coverage, real estate
disputes, premises liability, construction injuries, product defects, trucking and auto accidents, wrongful
death claims and appeals.

Adding to the depth of her experience, Ms. Gregory has worked at various law firms in DuPage County,
serving individual and business clients in a multitude of industry sectors, including construction,
insurance, education, and not for profits.

Over her career, Ninnette has volunteered her legal skills serving CASA of DuPage, where she advocated
for abused and neglected children. She also has provided pro bono legal services for individuals located
throughout the State of Illinois by serving as a telephone advocate for Prairie State Legal Services. While
maintaining a busy law practice, Ninnette also provided pro bono advocacy through Administer Justice
and the Ask A Lawyer Help Desk at the DuPage County Courthouse. Her dedication to helping
disadvantaged persons was further recognized when she graciously accepted the Eighteenth Judicial
Circuit Court Award for Pro Bono Service in 2019.

In her spare time, Ninnette enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, playing tennis and spending time outdoors with her two sons.
